Cara (Marian Rivera) has a unique gift. As a child, she was able to predict two deaths in her family by reading her grandmother's tarot cards. When her predictions became true, Cara's mother, Diana (Susan Africa), realizes the potential danger that her daughter's psychic powers may bring. She admonishes her daughter to abandon her gift, lest more misfortune fall on their family.
But when Miguel (Dennis Trillo), Cara's fiancé, disappears in a hiking expedition, Cara is forced to summon her psychic powers. Desperate to find Miguel, she consults the unique tarot cards once owned by her grandmother. Diana warns Cara about the tragic consequences of her actions. But not even the specter of death can stop Cara from getting her fiancé back.
Weeks later, Miguel was found under the custody of an old recluse in the mountains. But as the reunited couple prepare for their forthcoming wedding, a series of ghostly apparitions, red herring and death begin to haunt Cara and Miguel.
